- In 1998, Jhonave Pascual, CCHS 1980 alumnus, started cchsNow as a private online service, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, for the Columban College High School (CCHS) Batch 1980 alumni group.
- In 1999, cchsNow prepared for the Y2K dilemma.
- In 2000, Karen Halas-Gary, CCHS 1980 alumna, became the first member of the volunteer liaison team for cchsNow.
- In 2001, Lenie Laxamana-Bilan, CCHS 1980 alumna, became the second member of the volunteer liaison team for cchsNow.
- In 2002, cchsNow analyzed its organizational structure to reflect the changing times.
- In 2003, cchsNow sought alternative methods to promote its goals.
- In 2004, cchsNow moved its headquarters to San Diego, California.
- In 2005, the CCHS Batch 1980 alumni group, from various states in the USA, pitched in to finance the cchsNow website.
- In 2006, the CCHS Batch 1980 alumni group continued its financial support of cchsNow.
- In 2007, Jeanette Aquino-Pascual, Columban College High School (CCHS) Batch 1981 alumna, joined the cchsNow Team to finance and support the vision.
- In 2008, cchsNow started to focus its efforts as a public online service for all Columban alumni and friends.
- In 2009, cchsNow reviewed its marketing options to prepare for the next decade.
